  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 clove garlic - grated
  • ½ inch fresh ginger - grated

  1. Put ¼ cup/60 ml of soy sauce in the bowl
  2. Put ¼ cup/60 ml of white wine vinegar in the bowl
  3. Put 2 table spoons/30 ml of white or brown sugar in the bowl
  4. Grate 1 clove of garlic into the bowl
  5. Grate ½ inch/1.25 cm of ginger into the bowlMix the ingredients in the bowl
  6. Place the salmon in the mixture and turn it once before leaving the salmon in the bowl to marinate.
Turn the salmon over - marinate for 4 - 24 hours before broiling or bar-b-que
