Ingredients / Shopping List
1 can Salmon
½ lemon juice
dill - dried
1 lettuce leaf
2 Bread – 2 slices of your choice
olives
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Directions/Method for Fish (Salmon) Sandwich
Open the can of salmon with a can opener and put the salmon into the mixing bowl
Crush the salmon with the fork
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the salmon
Add fresh dill to taste
Salt and Pepper to tasteMix ingredients
Spread butter on each slice of bread
Spread the salmon mixture on one slice of the bread
Place the other slice of bread on top and cut in half
Place on a plate and serve with olives
