  • 1 can Tuna
  • 1 stick celery
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Bread – 2 slices of your choice
Instructions
Recipe 1 – for Tuna Salad Sandwich
  1. Open the can of tuna and drain into the sink and place in the mixing bowl
  2. Chop the celery into small pieces and place in mixing bowl
  3. Mix in the mayonnaise to taste then add the lemon juice.
  4. Butter each slice of bread on one side
  5. Spread the tuna mixture on one slice of bread
  6. Place the second piece of bread on top of the tuna, place on the sandwich plate and cut into squares, in half, in quarters or into fingers
Recipe 2 – for Tuna Salad Sandwich with Relish
  1. Open the can of tuna and drain into the sink and place in the mixing bowl
  2. Place 2 tablespoons of relish in mixing bowl
  3. Mix in the mayonnaise to taste
  4. Butter each slice of bread on one side
  5. Spread the tuna mixture on one slice of bread
  6. Place the second piece of bread on top of the tuna, place on the sandwich plate and cut into squares, in half, in quarters or into fingers
