  • 3 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • ½ onion - diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro - fresh
  • 2 plum tomatoes - diced
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • pinch chili flakes
Instructions

  1. Peel and scoop 3 avocados into a bowl and crush with a fork
  2. Squeeze the juice of a lime over the crushed guacamole
  3. Dice ½ an onion and place in the bowl and mix
  4. Using the scissors cut the washed and dried cilantro into the bowl
  5. Clean and dice a tomato and add ti the bowl
  6. Clean and mince a clove of garlic and add to the bowl
  7. Add a pinch of chili flakes into the bowl and mix the ingredients
Serve immediately or chill for serving later
