Cut up 3 cups/750 ml of watermelon and drop into the blender and blend
Add 1 cup/250 ml of cut cantaloupe and blend
Add ½ cup/125 ml cleaned strawberries and blend
Add 1 cup/250 ml of yogurt and blend
Add 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice and blend
Add 2 ice cubes and blend
